The labeled glycans are separated by high-resolution capillary electrophoresis utilizing laser-induced flourescence (LIF) detection and the HR-NCHO separation gel. Glycan identification is determined based on their normalized electrophoretic mobility referenced against pre-determined GU values using the appropriate bracketing standard.
